Finland: SOK's S-Bank to use Crosskey banking system

Helsinki, 17 February, 2006 — In Finland, SOK has decided to found a new bank, S-Bank, to carry on deposit banking operations. The new bank will use the banking system developed by Crosskey Banking Solutions, a subsidiary of the Bank of Åland. The contract includes a user licence, implementation, development and operation of the new system. The value of the multi-year agreement is over EUR 2mn a year.
