Finland: Aamulehti newspaper joins NewspaperDirect

Helsinki, 30 May, 2005 — As the first Finnish newspaper, Aamulehti has joined NewspaperDirect, a global network for digital newspaper distribution. Through NewspaperDirect, a same-day edition of the newspaper will be available in print or onscreen in its original layout when traveling abroad on business or on holiday. According to Aamulehti, the newspaper wants to test demand for such a service. The global network of distributors includes hotels, airports, and newspaper offices.
