Finland: ACN to transfer customers to Tele Finland

Helsinki, 1 February, 2005 — In Finland, mobile service operator ACN Communications will cease to transmit calls under its own brand and will market Tele Finland's mobile phone services instead. (Tele Finland is a subsidiary of TeliaSonera Finland.) According to TeliaSonera Finland, Tele Finland will not acquire ACN's business operations, staff or assets.

ACN's customers may continue as Tele Finland's customers, and during a transition period ACN's customers will pay ACN's prices for calls.
